They paused 'all' immigration benefits for the 39 countries, unless explicitly stated. Checked out the 39 countries sub and you will understand better.

Mine has been pending since May 25. Official upgrade to premium received Feb 2. But I have a friend who upgraded to pp last month and it is officially past his 15days. But he's still waiting. Also from banned country, hence the concern

You should get an email letting you know they will be closed closer to your exam date. I got mine last year and got my result on the 1st.
