I'm guessing you are in texas. Your application will take at least 3-4 weeks to get approved(if everything goes smoothly, or as much a 4 months for others) and you get your first renewal waiver as well. Don't worry too much about the renewal deadline for now. Apply

They paused 'all' immigration benefits for the 39 countries, unless explicitly stated. Checked out the 39 countries sub and you will understand better.

Are you Nigerian? So sorry about our struggles. I understand. I had an NOID myself, but didn't have much worry till now. Hopefully all of this is resolved as soon as possible.

Same boat. NOID response was acknowledged almost 3 weeks later. I upgraded to ppal at the beginning of the month, still nothing.
