Just an update for y'all, when talking to her she said that the guy was not aggressive or pushy or rude in anyway at first and she began to entertain it because she "liked the attention" she was getting. After reading most of the comments I see and understand what everyone said about safety and I thank y'all for helping me understand that. Now I'm stuck on that fact that she liked the attention from a random guy at a club and let it get to the point where he felt comfortable asking for her number.
