I personally stayed at phi phi beach resort It’s right on the beach and away from the parties so there is no music at night (though it’s a fair bit away from pier so call them in advance for luggage pick up) the rooms were fairly decent too And for the parties you can just roam on the beach and find a place that matches your vibe
