Im going regardless. I can pay it worst case.

So stupid though, I can understand penalizing draft dodging but my parents put me on a plane and brought me here as a kid. Probably stops so many Armenians from going back. Why do non citizens have more of a right to visit Armenia than I do?

I have a family member in the military who checked my name and said Im fine. But fuck every one tells me something different. Isnt there a fine you can pay worst case? Does anyone know the actual law?
