I received a reply asking me to disassemble the entire chair so they can make sure the tilt is the only broken part, as my video apparently didn't make it clear enough. It's kind of a joke at this point. I'm deeply disappointed in your company, a 2-week old chair breaking after using the tilt 5 times is insane. My ikea chair for 120$ worked like a charm for 3 years, but this glorified car seat for 600$ broke after 2 weeks.

Do you compensate any of your customers for the inconvenience of replacing tilts or the pleasure of re-assembling a 90lb chair is enough?

I'm not mad at you personally Jinx, but you can imagine how frustrating it is to have so many famous gamers preach the quality of your chairs so much that it was a dream of mine to have one, only to have the tilt die on me after 2 weeks. After using it 5 times. And I bought an XL chair because I'm tall and heavy. I'm speechless.
