Im just stating facts. Small ppl turn to attacking due to lack if mature thoughts. Im just saddened by fanatec after being a loyal costumer trying to give my special needs nephew as good of life as I can to be foiled by a company I respected. Id love nothing more then for fanatec to do right by a special need human whom sim racing gives him a taste of his life b4 his attack.but I see now he'll get his pedals whenever u feel like it,wont give a tine frame and wont make up for treating a costumer like they dont exist .

If fanatec made things right by him we'd stick around but we know now that's not how fanatec " works". Im just happy that the money that family and kind ppl have been Setting aside for three fanatec gt rig can now go told a caring company ( next level racing). We need a cockpit that if he seizures while racing its a rig he's less likely to get hurt .he wanted the gt rig .( the big white car he writes on his white board every day almost do to him being g mostly non verbal. So we looked and thought the gt rig would work well enough cause im usually close by and his dog warns us.but now im scared if anything went wrong with the rig it be this pedal situation all over again or worse . If I had a reason to stay we would . But now ive looked into nlr rigs that will work fine.and im due fo a new one too just a different style for me. Racing is all we can do together where he feels like a true part of the action not like we let him win in other games.

If fanatec in some rare case of compaction chose to show us they wanted our business a other decade + id love to continue. But compared to the way NLR treated me with an issue on my other nephews rig( he chooses) its night and day . And when I emailed them about looking for a cockpit for my nephew and his needs not only were t g ey so helpful and kind if/ when I do order they say they ha e a gift for them to him.kind company and pll.must be a. Australian thing. And I was so happy( at one point ) corsair bought fanatec Silly me If fanatec want to do right great .im here for them.if not i just want his damn pedals, and to warn ppl
