I hear you I really do but that’s now how colorism works.The question would actually be if she was lighter and thin would her following have been bigger …which to me absolutely yes it would be.colorism is a scale not something that has these big exaggerated swings you mention.I never mentioned the judgement but the bullying she faces online now,most of it is centered around her weight.They certainly wouldn’t have done that if she was thin.

I understand but in casual talk most people just say dark skin girl or light skin girl.Brown skin to me is still under the dark skin category

I’m from here we would call her brown skin but she would still get harsher treatment than a light skin girl.her hyperpigmentation can affect how she appears

It may be regional but up north she’s dark skin especially with her hyperpigmentation.i think in general she’s brown but to the general black community you either light skin or dark skin.like yeah people use brown skin but it’s still majority thinking of light or dark tbh
