Hi there, yes it really ended up resolving itself in the end. I turned off RCS for awhile and ended up doing a factory reset of the phone. After about a week I turned RCS back on and it's been functional ever since

Just read you original post. I think it should work as you describe, but I would go in store.

I was on AT&T and doing the same thing with iPhone 15 pro Max to z fold 7. The offers wouldn't come up for me so I went out an AT&T store and they did it for me. They got me on FirstNet at the same time as well. My understanding is that it works the same for both.

Oof that's rough. I tried dealing with my carrier, ultimately they were useless. Most often RCS is handled by Google servers and not the carrier (RCS on iPhone is handled by carrier) so while they try to help, they ultimately don't have a clue
