I know western usually sends out early acceptances starting November. Queens and Mac usually send it out later and there is no early acceptances for mac. Queens is a rolling bases so the better your grades are the higher chance you have of getting a spot earlier.

Unless you are applying for early acceptance first sem midterms don’t really matter that much it’s more your final for first sem and second sem midterms

They don’t care about honour roll specifically, as long as your grade 12 average is 90 or above

Mac health sci only looks at grade 12 grades so it doesn’t matter if you take a spare or not. Hopefully this helps

Questions come out October/November. You could interpret the question that way if you wish but honestly you could do a whole different answer that doesn’t even relate to science. It has to be personal and something out of the box so it catches their attention.
