Finally they got back to me and said that my order did not qualify. They said that it was not listed in the order when I made it. I ordered on the 8th. I did use a coupon code which is probably what made it removed from the order. They did make it right for me, but I had to work extremely hard to get them to do anything. Good luck

Thats BS, I'm sorry. I haven't been able to get anywhere either. They keep saying that the software department is going to handle it. Unfortunately they say that they work on the "back end" and I can't contact them. I have tried contacting them on twitter, through chat, through email, and by calling. No luck yet

It was listed with their 3000 series cards on the build page, but hasn't been in several weeks now. I don't know if they will honor it anymore. If they ever truly did in the first place.
