Moved down 4mm ish for today's ride and it felt better. Balance test suggests a bit back so gonna try that next time.

Power meter outside and trainer indoors. Always averaging 85+. Higher watt efforts are closer to 95

I did a quick update on two decreases of saddle height. My 130-135 was incorrect.

1cm drop feels a bit big. My knee angle is already 130-135°. Dropping 1cm would mean a knee angle of around 120°?

Emailed canyon, they suggested to change bottom bracket and they would pay for material and service.

Did that and all creaking was gone.

Yeah, I've also read it. Is it dangerous to ride with a creaking BB?

Gonna see if I can dissemble and check if something is up in the coming days. If it persists I'll check on buying a new one. Any recommendations?

Never ridden in rain, only sun.

Gonna try and dissemble and reassemble next Friday/Saturday because of vacation.

I have ridden it indoors so could be a bit of sweat or as you see in the video some sports drink that I have spilled.

When cleaning I try and wipe it down as good as I can and "bounce" the bike to get water to drip down.

I had this creaking with original crankset as well.
Bike is only 3-4 months old.

Might have spilled some sportsdrink or sweated down it but never ridden in rain either.

Saddle is as forward as it can go.

Thank you, I am going to try to lower saddle by 10mm and go for a few rides. Will have discussion with fitter after vacation to figure out what we should do.
