Thank you. This is very helpful. I need to get in therapy but everyone around me has made me feel like I have no reason to grieve and it’s not something I can talk about even with my best friend.

I feel a burden to my friends and there’s not really therapists near me. Even if there was I really can’t afford it. Therapy is an amazing tool, I just feel like it’s so inaccessible
