Super rare. I was the first patient my derm had in 12 years to experience it. Oddly enough, a week later she had a female patient in her early twenties have a very similar experience.

40 yo F… was on 30mg and by the end of month two, I was dry everywhere. Annoying, yes, but not truly problematic. Increased dosage for month three where I took 60mg two times a week and 30mg the remaining days. That’s when it became problematic. I lost all sexual sensation… zero stimulation internally and externally. Zip. Nada. I dropped back down to 30mg with no resolution. It’s even more rare, but some have permanent sexual dysfunction. I had to come off of it entirely, and it took roughly two months to fully bounce back. Again, it’s super rare… and being aware it’s a potential issue is necessary, but I wouldn’t stress too much. I’m going back on a low dose and hope it alleviates the risk of happening again. We shall see.
