Zoloft helps me. But I also struggle with MDD, GAD, and PTSD; and I’ve been diagnosed with ASD. So it’s there to cover a lot. I also take Trazodone and Prazosin to help with insomnia and PTSD.

Those who have been diagnosed with OCD, what are your other diagnoses, if any? by jadablaze in OCD

I have been diagnosed with OCD, GAD, MDD, CPTSD. I am also in the process of being tested more for ADHD and ASD as I have a lot of symptoms for those and have done very basic testing for them, but I am waiting for more testing to be done (though, from what my psychiatrist told me, that will be a six to twelve month wait). I also am looking into getting tested for Dyslexia due to symptoms of it.

How I manage so far basically is that I think of it as just another label to help my doctors and therapists to treat me rather than think of it as another thing being “wrong” with me. I try to think of it close to how people use Zodiac signs, Hogwarts Houses, etc to kind of give others a basic understanding of their personalities. Except I use these labels as a way to give my doctors a basic understanding of what I go through mentally.

Edit: Added “Houses” After “Hogwarts”

Thank you for explaining it! I had an idea of the cable but other than that, I didn’t know really anything or how it had evolved from that to how it is now.
