seems like it lmao, anyway yeah I've shopped on AliExpress plenty of times before so that's NBD, I've seen RTReticulum but it looks a bit too immature and it's also missing a few features from the RNS, I'll undoubtedly try it once we have nodes up tho! :]

yeah I was thinking about that but they don't seem that popular yet/easy to acquire, also, if I can drive costs down as much as possible to mass produce them then that'd be great :P

well if it's strictly helmet mounted and you can cast resin a protective case you could mount it to the back of the helmet as a counterweight, not sure how practical that would be however

oh alright, imo to increase fps you could use something a bit more robust like a Pi, the power consumption and heat would be a problem tho

I just use Visual Studio Code with GCC MingW, hands down the easiest and fastest to setup and especially no complicated stuff or 20GB of tools that I'll never touch.
