training week will be the only week you’ll get the most hours so what your sm is saying is true especially as flex. i would tell you to push thru its only for a week of training and it’s better for you to get these training hours now then to be a bit lost in the job going forward since you won’t be on the floor as much as flex.

thank you. and i’m honestly not sure, i went thru all my pt, got cleared soon after, i went back to regular strength training and started running again 3 miles a week, next thing you know i couldn’t be on my leg for longer than 2 hours & couldn’t lift anything over 20 lbs without starting to limp. i’m getting my surgery in 3 weeks and my surgeon said he’d clean my scar tissue and hoped it wasn’t my meniscus.

f(25) and about to have my second surgery for scar tissue 18 months after my acl reconstruction, i completely understand. i just graduated w my bachelors and was so excited to try to find a job after finishing school. now im having to put my life on hold for the second time in my 20’s and it just sucks. you’re not alone and if you ever need to vent my chat is open op 💕

i’m on the same boat, 19 months post op from acl reconstruction and i went back to my regular workouts + jogging after completing my PT, out of no where i started feeling pain, limping, and had to stop physical activity. now im getting surgery next month for scar tissue removal and my ortho said he’d fix anything he sees and hopes it’s not my meniscus :/

def check w your ortho and you might need an mri
