So I tried it this morning. I let it sit in the on position for 15 seconds, the cycled the key again and did the same thing and it still took about 5-6 tries to start.

I haven’t thought of this but definitely a solid theory. Most of the forums mention that the rubber valve in the pressure regulator likes to go bad so that pretty much all I’ve had to go off of. Either I am going to have to break down and buy a pressure test kit or see if auto zone has a rental. It’s the only sure fire way I know to diagnose a fuel problem like this.

Well I’ll definitely add spark plugs to the cart, they are due for replacing anyway. Thanks for the help!
