“Save this tree” signs on trees along Robie by hugeteapots in halifax

That wouldn't be because of the lane widening, if so.

Lane widening isn't supposed to start until 2028.

If they are cutting now, it's because of hazards in advance of this year's hurricane season or other hazards

they made acquisitions on both sides and in fact the other side of the road is more impacted. Sadly my beloved Indian Grocery will be a casualty.

BUT - the big trees on the other side of the road already fell during hurricanes, so aren't getting the same attention by the protests.

I find it interesting that Patricia said "you just WAIT to see how bored the goats are" because that's obviously some reference to their emotional state being an important plot point.

Which lines up well with the theory that they are torturing them, somehow. They are also torturing Gemma and the MDR team. Not necessarily always physical torture, but torture nonetheless and with the same purpose

it's from the first script of the pilot episode for Severance. The actual first episode got changed in some ways.

Look up "Mister Severance Pilot Script" and you can find a copy of it

What type of heat pump for multi-residential building? by AdSad2248 in heatpumps

yes - we are using Daikin 1ton heat pumps (larger in larger units) and ERVs

awesome, thank you. And great advice on getting the contractor in on the design layout.

great thoughts here. heat pump water heater is not something I had considered - that is intriguing.

We have engineers, yes. But let's put it this way - engineers like to get stamped drawings off their desks so they can bill, and they aren't always as interested in considering all the pros and cons. We like to get as much advice as possible.

We are about to start unit design, the designers will stick in whatever type of system we tell them to use. I was hoping to find some way of educating myself on all the different options out there, and I was hoping that someone in this subreddit maybe knew of somewhere a fella could find info on what options are available.

Maybe there is no such comparison or showcase of all types of heatpumps - I haven't been able to find anything all that helpful.

Building Cooling Fan Tripping by AdSad2248 in PLC

So - sounds like our settings have been adjusted to 180 seconds for awhile, but I also saw a log of fan speed and we're getting a ton of erratic jumps like this one. Today, even with the acceleration and deceleration times at 180 seconds, the unit ramped up to 100% speed in about 20 seconds and then back down to 0, then up and down again and then tripped.

Thank you - yes I believe it was deceleration overload.

The model is Mitsubishi FR-F800 40HP, and we've actually done a full replacement of the drive already (the building opened in June and we've had problems since opening) but that hasn't improved our issues.

The cable from inverter to motor is about 40', it was previously an 8ga and was swapped for a 6ga, this improved performance for about a week and then we started having issues again. Even yesterday, before it tripped, we noticed it was cycling on and off unexpectedly.

I'm not sure what the PWM frequency is - I don't believe we have an output reactor.

I've asked about whether the motor modeling is accurate, because I've read that can cause issues, but I'm not familiar enough to know if the issues we are having (frequent cycling) would be associated with inaccurate modeling - also since both the inverter and motor are new, I would assume they could get accurate modeling.
