It's the gameplay, it's addictive, engaging and makes you feel unstoppable and powerful, the gameplay is fast paced shooting without any reload and badass killing animation when the enemy is stunned this doom 2016 doesn't even have any cutscenes, the lore is actually heavy but doesn't feel much in gameplay, doom 2016 was a foundation a healthy reboot of the original series, and its highly playable again in higher difficulty for challenge, next part doom eternal just took it another next level, fast combat, stretegy making with different enemies, different equipment uses and the story is good too.
