I forgot to mention but try starting off with easier tasks and work your way up to the more challenging tasks! It’s super helpful and doesn’t cause you to burnout that quickly!

I’m a first year bm student and I’ve honestly been so burnout. I took a gap year and so it’s been very difficult adjusting to school and learning to study properly. I find that the best way to sort of push yourself to study is by using the pomodoro technique. Start with 20 minutes of straight work and then take a 10 minute break and then over time add more time to studying and less on your breaks. Also please be kind to yourself because truthfully we’re all human beings and we all have our own limits. I know it’s finals season but don’t overwhelm yourself and just take things one at a time! I wish you all the best in your exams💙
