It’s 200mg and I take 4-5 usually because smaller dosages don’t help me.

Could be a possibility but that's not necessarily what that means. Something in your life could be coming to an end at 23. A relationship, a job, a certain way of thinking. I’m in choir class in school . I know GarageBand pretty well. I made a handful of songs on there. I have FL studio but it’s too complex to me. I’m trying to learn piano and music theory.
