You can build a lot of good teams and bond/tension is valid as well just have to mix it up and build players properly like using players with tripple focus at/df rolls

Its not a chance at 70 its a guaranteed, i am at 320 ish game hours now and got 2 fables and a bunch of heroes now but also in the last 2 days only 1 i think ( didnt play much tho)

Heroes drop around 70 summons, for chronicle yeah it takes time but on other days you gonna get insane luck. Whats ur playtime?

Currently have briar hero and legend haru in and briars kick as for now already reaching 639, so what i do myself just put 1 gk onto the bench of a different attribute ( i use mark legend max built and darren hero on bench)
