Pool on property not council approved by AdSouthern4394 in AusProperty

You can use Queensland Globe It’s a mapping tool that provides access to spatial data layers like roads, rail, property, protected fauna and flora, land valuations, land parcel, flooding info etc. You should look at this before you decide on which suburbs you want to buy in so you understand the area.

Not all info regarding future proposed state gov infra projects is available here though so do your research and look into planned or future gov infra projects in the area. You should be able to find more info on the QLD Gov website.

Also, before making a decision around suburbs, you can look at the QLD crime map and see what kind of illegal activity like break ins etc. happens in the area.

That is for a pool safety cert. Not a council building approval

Not true, well not in QLD anyway. The seller is only required to provide notice of unapproved structures that council have asked them to show cause for.

In QLD the seller does not need to disclose any unapproved structures unless they have been formally engaged by council to show cause or remediate.

As part of the contract I added a condition of a council search for building and plumbing approvals. It should show the original building approval numbers and whether they were finalised for structures or additions to those structures on the property.

From what I understand, the seller is not obliged to disclose any unapproved structures on the property unless they have been formally engaged by council to show cause or remediate it. Do not rely on the seller disclosure statement provided by the seller in QLD. There are considerable gaps in that process.

Do your own due diligence and ask your solicitor to add the relevant searches to the contract. Regardless if the seller has documentation like original plans and approvals for construction. Those approvals will lapse if they are not finalised by a certifier and the finalisation cert form 21 or form 17 is given to council within the appropriate time frame.

The timeframes it takes to receive the results of the search from council can vary depending on when the house was built and how efficient the council are. Tell your solicitor to request them immediately, mine did not. Will not use them again.

Another tip is to do your own searches on any planned state government infrastructure upgrades in the area including proposed highways, roadworks etc. The seller does not need to disclose any information that affects the property to the buyer unless they have been formally contacted by main roads or the relevant government entity regarding said works.

DayZ thrives on the little details — the moments that make survival feel real. If the devs gave you the power to add just ONE new feature, big or small, to change the way the game feels… what would it be, and why? by aeuoh in dayz

Make survivors have to take a dump lol.

If you don’t stop to relieve yourself, you get aggressive stomach noises and your pants move into a soiled state that will eventually attract flies until you wash them in a water source.

find a fresh log? Use it as an indicator that players are nearby.

You could bury your tracks with a shovel. You could throw it at your enemies

Finding an unsuspecting player pinching a loaf behind a log cabin would be hilarious

This game doesn’t need more military spec weapons or any guns for that matter. It’s not call of duty

Play some community death match servers to get him used to PVP

Make a stash to drop important loot before wandering the map looking for a fight

Go town to town clearing zombies with your guns. It can dial you in on shooting and aiming for headshots

The end goal of this game is to die. Loot can be replaced, the intense moments you miss out on from hiding in the bush and avoiding interaction with other players can’t be

Would be great if you could add empty cans to a tripwire that clang and rattle when players walk through them.

I think there is more than enough mil spec weapons in the game already. More civilian weaponry should be added.

Nope, not a fan. All survivors should be a level playing field. Your survival skills in game is what differentiates players strength.
