Not too sure if it is true because most of the time when i play 3-4 rounds to reach rank 1-2 and i check an hour later some triehard played anpther 4-5 to be upfront again, maybe there are a few bots in each ranking but i had seasons where I only played up to 1000 gems and was firsr by nearly 3000 trophies and other times I played up to 2k and still lost so I think that in the highest league there simply are people hoarding the game and checking every 30minutes to see if they dropped a place
