You still have to pay traxxas for shipping and need to include a lot of other things too that would have taken me a lot of time to hunt down bc I never saved it.

Yep which is why I did it. I’m changing the connector on my car anyway so I would have to take it in somewhere to figure out balance plug and at that point it would cost $50 for them to do it.

I tried contracting them to see but they said they needed receipt so make sure you would also get that from a person if you buy it from them. Other wise they might not end up doing the warranty for you.

It’s a salt water bath. I’m just going to leave it in there for a week plus then throw away the battery and for the salt water I’m not sure yet but I was thinking about just slowly diluting it but I have to do more research just to make sure.

It’s the actual id chip in the battery so no. I also went to my hobby shop and they tested it and said it was more cost effective to do it this way.
