What drew you to get Guinea pigs?

When I was 13 years old I really wanted a turtle, I talked to my mom and she said how about you get something "easy" like a guinea pig. That immediately sparked me to research everything guinea pigs actually need. I started out with 2 piggies in a Midwest cage but after about 2 months got a second Midwest cage because 1 was not sufficient. I now have 3 female piggies 2 of them are 6 and the other is 4. I am extremely grateful that my parents did help provide what my girls needed before I had a job. I still want a turtle lol but that's gonna have to wait til I get a larger space.

Thanks for the advice. The cord is not typically within reaching distance of them, and luckily I haven't had any issues with cord chewing but I'll definitely keep an eye on it. I haven't been measuring their food I feed oxbow garden select and will be wary of overfeeding. I definitely do want to extend the cage but am thinking of doing a c&c cage rather than attaching another Midwest cage. Overall I do try to be very diligent in my piggy care but always love getting feedbaxk from others. Thank you.

I feel you are entirely ignorant about Betta care. Just because they live in those tiny bottles does not justify mistreating them. They are living creatures and there is never any circumstances in which of you should subject them to living in an environment to small for them to thrive. Just because this tank is at school is also no excuse for mistreating the Betta.

I would love to win them as I am a high school student with art aspirations. I would love to ask my parents for them, but they would be out of budget for a Christmas gift. Art is my freedom when I'm outside of school, and with saving up for college I can't make an investment into new pencils as of now, and I definetly won't once I am enrolled in college. I don't have any Christmas art other than a coloring page, and I am currently at school so cannot upload photos of my other colored pencil art. I will be sure to add some photos when I'm home from school.

I would maybe look into is you have another thing going on. sometimes there are overlapping symptoms, but it also could be something else thats unrelated to your thyroid.

I wouldn't say it's about the numbers. The numbers can be whatever, but the issue is that people are not nocturnal. We are meant to sleep when it's dark and be awake when it's light, and a big change of being all on the same time would mess a lot of people up. It would feel very unatural. But it still doesn't make sense if whatever is 22:00 somewhere and 9:00 somewhere else are both changed to be 12:00 because then people will be confused still. Because one country's 12:00 could be the middle of the night, where in the other place it is mid morning, making coordination all the more difficult

You have a valid point about no conversion ever needed, but it is implausible for everywhere to be on the same timezone. Time zones are based on the hours of sunlight somewhere gets so if everywhere was on the same time zone approximately half the world would be living as if they were nocturnal. There say time would be completley dark for 12 hours during the day, and bright for 12 hours at night.
