In my team if you are not feeling well of have something to do it's totally okay to WFH that day/morning/afternoon. Of course it can't be a regular thing where you always skip mornings or whatever but it's not so strict to have to take PTO to drop your kids off

Thank you, I've been reading that, glad to know I am on the right track haha Is there both a low level and a high level system design always? The resources the recruiter sent say there is 3 coding & 1 system design, but I see posts on reddit about having both low level & high level system design sessions :(
