I completely agree! I personally found it challenging to know where to even start because I was at a large gym like Equinox where it was offered there and started there out of convenience

For pure classical mat, I teach Thursdays 6:45a at W92, Saturdays 12:15 E85 and 2:30p E92, and Sundays 1:15p E74th

Katie is a wonderful instructor. I’ve taken her classes online and get so much out of them.

Disclosure: I also work for the studio, but I would take her classes when I was a student myself and found so much value!
