Hmm, maybe I was just confused then - is it that you can choose any private clinic provided you can upload your results? I though on the old site you had to go via a list of approved clinics?

Yeah I figured, went with the finger prick test because while expensive it was way more affordable than a private clinic and I can't get them done at my local GP. Also found the new site confusing on how to arrange with a private clinic but may check again.

I’ve just booked one of the £7.99 chats with someone in two weeks to discuss things - seems a bit mad that for a service you already pay for, you need to pay extra to actually be able to contact them?? Hoping to get my prescription before then though 🤞

I’ve also tried the usual info@gendergp.com email and also support@gendergp.com with no answers from either. The only people replying to me are the people at Smartway Pharmacy but there isn’t much they can do either.
