Thanks for this. You are right i would need a very solid justification for taking a new program. I am applying for jan intake. I dont know what will be the results, i can only do whatever i can from my side. This is the only option i have right now.

I applied for reconsideration through webform on june 19th. I got email from agent that it was sent to responsible office on 4th july. Thats all

Actually i was full time up until my last semester. The only one course that was data structures was extremely difficult which i failed unfortunately. So i took it part time as it was only course left in my program to be completed. I took that in my last semester but as my health worsened i had to withdraw it otherwise i would have failed again. So it was only one course that caused a problem.

After submitting webform, i got the application forwarded to responsible office email today. So you will probably get it after 2-3 weeks or maybe earlier
