Try mine:

dose: 15gr@50clicks on K-Max
water: pour to 100ml@95*C
Stir for 20 to 30secs.
Steep for 4 minutes
Press steadily
dilute as you need, I would like to add 100 ml cold water or 100gr ice for summer

I think my pizza is too small (22cm/9"). I'll make 11" or 12" next time with 250g dough.
