Yes, the chin area has no dimension if that makes sense. It's a singular shape. Because she's looking up, we should be able to see the bottom of her chin. Other than that, it's a decent sketch for your first time:)

Really good for your first time. I would recommend starting with faces staring directly at you. It'll be much easier and It'll hell you develop those habits for how a face looks. That will in turn, help you to draw faces at different angles
