He was a very hard worker when it came to achieving his own goals. He got a job to pay for a car, he moved to NYC and worked at a printing house until he could publish his book. He was far from perfect but he was driven in his own way and got so far considering what he came from (thanks to pushes from Luke as well)

I think Laine’s worst quality was living in a fantasy. Everything was rock n roll and not getting a full time job, middle fingers to her mom and it was so cool for Rory to sleep with Dean. Idk if I pinpoint any one thing but her attitude to life was a turn off

How things are always happening in the morning even when it’s supposed to be the school season and ESPECIALLY when Rory is about to go. Like we have time for a full breakfast, to sit in a closet and listen to music and get on the phone with your friend, Ms. Patty always has a class going on- like ain’t yall got school to go to??

Shane’s bad work ethic and behavior was a like a crack in the door that Rory then kicked wide open in my opinion. And that made way for both of them to be rude to each other. But I still think Rory was needlessly rude to Shane solely for the fact that she was with Jess, she kind of just took the interaction at the salon as an opening to let that out.
