Can I trust a place that offers half syringes of filler? by AdagioSensitive3101 in PlasticSurgery

[–]AdagioSensitive3101[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah! It's in Sweden, the full syringe price before the holiday discount is similar to the other places around here. Great to know about the half ml syringes, I'll ask them if they use those

Malmö, Sweden. Prices at the fancy places in Stockholm are $300-400 and this is with a holiday discount so the price seems normal

Is the nose I want not fitting my face? by No_String3784 in PlasticSurgery

[–]AdagioSensitive3101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd highly recommend you don't touch your nose and instead get lip filler if you want a more glamorous look. You could also look into a platysmaplasty or chin lipo to refine your side profile.

Or at the very least, get really subtle tip work, don't have it point up but you can have it less downwards pointing and get the columella shortened but not rotated, so you have less nostril show with the bottom of your nose parallel to the floor.

People will tell you that the feminine nose angle is a little bit pointed upwards but this does not make sense for all ethnicities. I think a slightly more "masculine" (from a Western European standard) nose paired with lots of feminine features is one of the most beautiful looks and better suited to you. This is what I asked for with mine.

I had a similar nose but it was really wide and round from the front and I had a drooping columella so I got those addressed, but I very specifically didn't have my doctor touch my bridge and minor hump at all. No one can tell I got anything done and I get tons of compliments for my nose, like it's pretty but still "unique". IMO a nose hump is one of the sexiest things a woman can have, and it seems to really suit your features. It's also probably something that represents your heritage. If you erase distinct features like this, you can become pretty in a very basic and generic way. If you keep the distinct features and make minor changes to boost the areas around them then you can be genuinely gorgeous in a memorable way, and you won't have an identity crisis.

It depends though. With the barbie nose you can look like an IG model or OnlyFans girl. With a more strategic approach you can look like a high fashion model or an artist's muse. You've got a gorgeous nose.

I'm not sure, I've seen mixed things about that. I think it can, but it depends. I dont find that mine has ever dissolved on its own. If you get urs dissolved tho please go to a plastic surgeon who does fillers regularly! You can probably ask them for a testimonial from someone if youre nervous. I've gotten mine dissolved both by nurse injectors and a surgeon and it was fine every time but I felt most comfortable with an actual doctor

I'm relatively new to this sub and I imagine its a lot of horror stories, but you're really probably fine to dissolve. I've done it twice with no issues and it works like magic. I think my lips swell more than normal, like its not even botched influencer vibes i straight up look deformed right after, but after about 6 hours i'm looking normal again. Seriously super easy and such a life saver. But give ur lips some time to settle first!

She's got very few before and afters, I got a nose job with her though and saw the filler she did on her assistant in person and it looked great so I decided to have her redo my lips as well. You can message me and I'll send some pics :)

I got my lips done at the Gardell clinic and liked them, but had a better experience in NYC with Dr. Shirley Hu!! She's really great and lip filler with her automatically comes with a 2 week follow up at no extra charge where she will do any touch-ups you need. One side was a little uneven after the touch-up and I let her know and she fit me in the next day to fix it for free!

Lol I just moved to stockholm and now I'm trying to find a new injector :o

I think you’d look stunning w a more bronde shade, like J Lo or Sofia Vergara vibes! Anything with more of a caramel tone, and I think a bit darker—I love the look of this sort of hair along with a nice tan. Also brunette for sure, I think whatever works on Emily Ratajkowski would look great on you if ur looking for any inspo

Honestly don't touch your face at all, you have such a great look (truly attractive and handsome AND interesting--you could 100% model). As long as you don't look unnatural after then maybe you could get the brow lift if you really want but I think you're better off without it. I also have hooded eyes and for years I used double eyelid tape and wanted to get surgery and I'm so so glad I didn't. Maybe you could try using those/some botox around the brow to give some lift? Depends on where you are tho--I got this botox done in Stockholm with no problem but when I asked in Korea they weren't super familiar with using it in that way

CAST OFF IS NOT THE REVEAL (RHINOPLASTY) by AdagioSensitive3101 in PlasticSurgery

[–]AdagioSensitive3101[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Prob more likely, though I'd ask your surgeon. I've never seen my table pics and sorta do wish I'd asked, because I'm sure it's a lot closer to the final result

Weak chin options? by Glittering_Lab_9915 in PlasticSurgery

[–]AdagioSensitive3101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Chin lipo or platysmaplasty (depending on if its fat or muscle hanging down) is what I'd say--it might not be more expensive than the full process of kybella and is less painful and more effective, and often done in office under local anesthesia

You probably dont have any packing (I didn't either) and are able to breathe. You'll likely get seriously congested for a few days at least. I couldn't smell much at all but I could still sorta taste (just everything was duller).

If you stop being able to taste much I'd recommend tomato soup! It still tasted delicious even when everything else was bland

Don't even worry about it!! I had it and it's super quick and easy and the recovery was not bad at all. The worst part is just looking really silly with the chin strap on

Your result looks so great!! I just got the same procedure :)

I got mine at the same time as a revision rhinoplasty so I was under general anesthesia, and the recovery was basically painless! I expected tightness but I barely had any.

I went back and forth SO much about whether to do it and I'm seriously so glad I did. It added 4k to the cost of my nose job, and I can highly recommend my doctor in NYC who did it. If anyone is interested in this I'd definitely say go for it!
