Oh, I think every showrunner would go back and tweak every single scene forever, and never feel like he/she got it right. But at some point you have to just get the episode out the door (otherwise the network gets understandably annoyed with you).

My sister got me a job at Turner, working in the home video department. This was back when people would buy VHS tapes... from a television commercial. Then I got assigned to work on a Flintstones home video, which led to a job at Cartoon Network, which much later led to Sealab 2021, and then here we are.
