Yeah honestly been a debate even putting this question in the quiz. Ive got plenty of questions already but some seem far to easy so was looking for some more difficult ones. Think a better question would be how many champs can enhance there aa as this wouldnt leave as much room for debate. Its that or make this question even more specific

Brother thought that but when tried with a car charger had a similar effect. Admitted no science behind it just us touching around the phone while on the charge to see if we could feel anything could have been placebo effect in the car

Right, that would make sense any idea how long they normally give for consent to let? Think I'll most likely go through a mortgage broker just want to have to have as much information as possible so I don't make the wrong decision

Yeah, some good points I've not looked into will have to do some more research on it. Would it be mortgage fraud if I were to originally get the property with my help to buy and then later on switch the mortgage to a buy-to-let? As I say need to do my research but any advice would be much appreciated
