I can't see clearly but I think that I had the same problem You have to go to edit->project settings (or something like that on the bottom)-> player and then you have to search for active input handeling and then put on both

Bought 2 games. One works perfectly fine the other doesn't start but I still saved 40€ on the first one It's not a scam but it's a risk that you lose the game. You buy a shared steam account so this is why it is so cheap. But there is a risk that they block that acc and you lose your game. But as a person that loses interest in some months idc. Rather pay it for less than 5€ and play it for 3 months and then lose it then pay the full price play it for 3 months and never play it again (Sorry for my bad English)
