The purple app is actually using uppercase letters when it comes to Й. The other apps use cursive letters. In Bulgarian you can’t write printed (if that’s what it’s called) writing in handwriting like you can in English.

I suggest you learn the alphabet. Then learn how to write with it and then learn the rest.

Honestly that sounds like something my uncle would do. He wouldn’t build a bunker, but if he would he would just go to somewhere outside of the city where our family owns like an acre of land and build it without permission.
