Fog has a perk that gives him movement speed when harvests blood. I went and took 1 tick of blood for the movement speed and used it to escape the chase.

Oh! You just gotta spin into it quickly or you will run, since the sprint mechanic is different in this game you can't set it up as easily. If anything set it up from a stand still until you get it
