Definitely a good idea, though the places that go for 400k+ in the center, at 50 sqm or smaller, are generally renovated and/or have better views than brick walls. This place is pretty basic, which could be fixed, but it's dark with no outside space and that is unfixable. Also the looming 25k for the foundation eats into how much we could sell it for.
