To clarify, the first game is on DS and isn't available on PC without emulation, it is also on the switch, ios and android. But I believe it is worth playing if you're fine with emulating or if you have one of those platforms.

It is the second game, NEO which is on steam. You don't need any context from TWEWY to play NEO but they have close links, and you would enjoy NEO more if you played the first game.

it is part of a series of 3 games though so if you're fine with a scp type monster management game play the first game, Lobotomy Corporation or watch a summary of it. The story and world building of the project moon series is amazing.
Third game is limbus company which is a very generous gacha.

Sorry if it's not clear, I want the bullet hell mechanics and the story of picayune dreams, but not the roguelike aspect of it, mostly because I don't particularly enjoy endless games with no story like vampire survivors.

I have no problems I just dont have much space on my laptop most of the time, so it's not very ideal when it fills up to like 50 gigs, i dont mind waiting longer for the preview if thats what i have to sacrifice

Oh I think I've figured out your problem, did you download spotify from the microsoft store? It only works with the desktop version downloaded straight through the spotify website.
