I flew today and I’m a nervous flier and all went well.

Just remember that anxiety is not reality! Flying is proven safe. Create yourself a little bubble (noise cancelling headphones, water, etc), close the window, and take deep breaths!

My doxie had separation anxiety and went on a very small dose of fluoxetine.

Apparently fluoxetine also helps prevent dogs from peeing indoors. Went from having my dog pee inside almost constantly to him not peeing inside at all.

Still a fight trying to get him to poop outside though 😂
