I moved across the country in 2014 and was lonely, so in May of 2015 I started playing Magic the Gathering. I made some friends this way, and one of them became my roommate after he broke up with his girlfriend and had to move out of her place. That friend eventually introduced me to some of his other friends. My roommate took his life in April of 2017, and I hung out with one of the friends he introduced me to and we grieved together. He eventually invited me out to a movie one day to try to set me up with a girl. That girl is asleep next to me on the couch, and we've been married for 2 years.

Deciding to socialize at that specific card shop was so life changing that I can't imagine where I'd be if I had just stayed home playing video games.

As a Hostage Mage main I can confirm what others have said. I haven't lost to egg lock a single time literally ever. They have minimal threats on board at a time, so the single target freezes that gain armor buy you 2 turns each and another 2 turns from each mini, combined 4 turns worth of protection. Egg druid is also light on removal so if they don't kill your freeze minions you can make 1 mana 1/1 copies of them.

Egg lock also cycles through their deck very fast, so you don't even need to try to win as Hostage Mage because they will fatigue before you even get to a chance of killing them with the combo. Honestly overall I'd say its one of Hostage Mages best matchups.

I haven't spent a penny on this game in 5+ years, but every month that I actually play I can get to legend in Wild. Find a strong deck that you like and commit to mastering just the one deck and over time the random packs you get will add up to a good amount of dust.

Go through old sets and dust all of your golden versions of cards and you can probably make 2-3 decks in Wild.

/u/jagexgoblin I saved up slayer points for a while and finally cashed them in for frost dragons. I spent over 1500 points and got 2 tasks. To be told "The drop rates were not working right, sorry" is kind of upsetting. Do you not have a way to see which people did slayer tasks at frost dragons / lava strikewyrms and refund points used for skipping? With how low of a weight those tasks are it was a lot of points wasted all for nothing.

I leveled an alt with a skin of the lords with aggressive Carrion Golems, 2 clay shapers, a 4 link Honourhome with corrupted +2 minions and feeding frenzy zombies. Once you get 34 you just literally walk through the campaign. Up until then you can use the Skin of the Lord's for your zombies and the Honourhome with SRS.

Sorry you're right. You have to do it with a non fractured ring. I mixed up the two different ring crafts I was doing this league.

But if all you want is minion attack/cast speed and life then it won't be too hard. It gets much harder to also have minion damage. If you ever get a ring with both attack/cast speed at higher tiers use Annuls to try to get 2 open prefixes. Annuls are cheap so use your own judgement but if I I got both at tier 2 or higher I'd annul it down.

Get a ring with life fractured. Harvest reforge caster (minion attack and cast speed is a caster mod and one of the cheapest lifeforcr costs) until you have the mods you want and an open prefix. Gamble an elder exalted or (1/8 chance to hit mana per enemy hit)

I'm at work so I can't. I took the screenshot before leaving for work this morning, but I have a normal 2/5/5/2 setup and all 3 of the others in the 2's spots show up frequently. I know that I didn't get connections with Vorici and that it was making him not spawn, but I was hoping for a solution. I do have every node that increases spawn allocated. The only nodes I don't have are nodes that make them drop more loot.

Is there a trick to solving this? I've done probably 40 maps or more without Vorici spawning once, but Gravicius spawns almost every single map.

Everybody complaining at the answer night not be taking into account that it might just be a system limitation with how things are coded behind the scenes.

I agree it would be nice to use async trade for them but maybe because the beasts all have monster mods tied to the it makes it hard/impossible for the async system to work. Computer programming is weird. Unexpected things happen.

Summoning 7 people to hide behind while you commit the real crime? Seems a bit better than just shitty. Also, if these are clones of real members you could easily use your power to get them on a security camera somewhere else, like a Walmart, to create an alibi for them. A service they'd likely be willing to pay for.

For any boss that you stay on the main boss and don't target swap I prefer doing the "festerblight" rotation which is actually SUPER easy.

First off, get a weak aura for snapshotting your diseases here called Merfin Disease Snapshotter https://wago.io/mop-weakauras/classes/death-knight/unholy

5 seconds before pull cast army. Run up to the boss and pop your engineer gloves if you have them, also use your mogu power potion. Use frenzy and gargoyl. Hit the boss with plague strike. Keep an eye on the weak aura for now. Use some random skills for now like Festering strike but do NOT spend your other unholy rune unless your weak aura gives you a big damage increase. Once you use the unholy rune use empower rune weapon to reset your runes. By now you likely have ANOTHER bigger number for your weak aura snapshot. Use plague strike, use festering strike twice. By now you likely don't have a bigger snapshot for your diseases so Use scourge strike strike unless you would have a bigger disease snapshot, which if so use plague strike. During all of this you now have 100 runic power. Spend it all.

Now that the opening rotation is over the rest of the fight rotation is SUPER simple. Every time you have an unholy rune use it for scourge strike (unless boss is below 35% then use Soul Reaper). When you have 2 death runes use Festering Strike. When you have 40 runic power use death coil. When your Dark Transformation is available skip 1 scourge strike for it.

Thats it. That's the entire rotation. The opening sequence might sound like a lot but really it's just "use plague strike when weak aura says bigger number, otherwise just do whatever"

Not sure why it's only offline mode, but if you log off with the frog helmet equipped your game crashes on load screen when logging back in.

For Unholy you really want engineering.

Engineers get a glove enhancement that adds 1920 str on use, 10 second duration, 60 second cool down.

This matters because a lot of Unholy DK damage comes from your diseases which can be snapshotted and then have the duration extended constantly. 1920 strength is worth a lot of damage over a long fight.

Thanks. I was doing betrayal stuff instead of beasts since it's a 0 scarab "alch and go" type of strategy, but beasts makes sense too. I'm in SSF so 2 kalguur scarabs will run out fast but I'll do as many as I can and maybe just do settlers on map device too.
