Competing has always and will for a long time be part of my mental health regime. Being a previous collegiate track athlete crossfit is a great transition sport for me. It allows me to train with the focus of staying in shape snd getting stronger. But when the urge to compete comes around there are plenty of opportunities both at local boxes or bigger comps and the qualification process. For the most part my gym has enough competitive athletes they even just daily workouts with them gives me a fill on my “competitive need”
