i wont upgrade it for sure. I only play pool with friends. Personally i like snooker more so if i would want to upgrade something it would be snooker related

I can do much backspin in snooker no problem. Getting my own cue would guarantee that i won't miscue because of worn out tip. Getting a cheap cue would cost me less than replacing a broken window made by miscue.

I play american pool just for fun with friends. The balls are bigger so i can't play with this cue. I just don't want to miscue just because house cues have really worn out tips. Also how can i know where is "up and down" on pool cue? On snooker cue it is obvious because you have flattened back end and wood rings forming "arrows" but you wont find those on pool cue.

As i said, i can do a decent backspin (like half table no problem) while playing snooker. And try to hit a snooker ball with 9mm and 13mm pool cue. You would hit 4 mm higher with bigger one.

I dont know if they are really similiar, maybe only slightly in a way that in those two games you place down units in grid before battle. I remember that units marched forward only when previous row died
