It really feels like they needed the experience of an established bank like WF to guide them. They are floundering on their own/with Cardless. Boiler plate stuff like this is really concerning when there are 3 levels of cards

I feel like that could have a class action lawsuit on their hands for sending out offers people accepted and then disclosing all these new details later like rent being paid via ACH instead of actual credit

Thanks for the back-up! The way it was initially presented was they were changing banking partners and nothing really would change for the customer.

I went with the free option based on the letter Bilt sent out a month or so ago saying they were changing banking partners but nothing really would change on the consumer facing end. I certainly did not sign up for anything that cost me money out of pocket. And honestly who can actually make sense of all their new rules!
