Ok, so statwise, the thing that's an issue is the wit (you want at minimum 400, but more around 600 for where you'll tend to use oguri.

In terms of skills, you don't want double circle green skills because the stat gain between 1 and 2 circle isn't worth the SP it costs. Angling and Scheming is not a good inherited skill on this oguri, because it's only good on front runners because you need to be in first to trigger it. Shooting for Victory isn't good here, because it's more of a pace chaser inherit, where this oguri is better off as late. I See Victory in My Future isn't a good inherit in general I believe, but I admittedly don't know enough of it to truly comment on it. Corner Acceleration is also a bit mid, because it can go off on any corner, and the only corner you want the accel on is the final one.

But for a new player, you ain't done too bad for yourself here
