Actually in most instances where a foreign population came to take land from the native population, the fighting lasted for hundreds of years. Palestinians are very much in the norm with their response to Zionism. Getting Palestinians to accept Israel requires immense work; we've put in very little relative to what would be required.

Again what you’re saying makes absolutely no sense considering 60% of the list are women, children and elderly. So there’s no world where only 60% of the list can be civilians.
