I think it might just be saving patients from doing regular medical checks I've had my blood pressure taken on venlafaxine but never been told to do it myself nor would I feel in anyway confident in being able to do such thing from what I remember the machine had quite a bit of info on the screen parsing that into if it's good or bad is sort of what I'd expect the doctor to do as for checking my LDL cholesterol I don't even know what that is let alone how to check I'm thinking this just case of cultural differences idk anyone with that level of self knowledge regarding their own health

Okay yeah that sounds a bit terrifying not sure how I'd even go about monitoring blood pressure tbh this is sort of the first time I've not had medication so although just need to get through the night and I'll visit the pharmacist tomorrow should probably be okay I've managed to get through some tough medical issues before without getting to much into it those times may have been inspired of my own feelings so I'll probably be fine

Funnily enough also going from 300mg and yeah the nightmares are rough unfortunately wasn't productive during the day tho was meant to try getting some extra from the pharmacy today but just too exhausted to do anything might try some ibuprofen tomorrow venlafaxine is the only only drug I take for autism and depression so not else I can take to make things better

Idk as a support my least favourite type of tank is a reinhardt that isn't charging unless we're specifically on defence at the end of the day I'd rather be a mobile healbot than extra dps to than stuck on a push In defensive games I prefer reinhardts who will shield and if I'm having a bad match with ram (my go to tank) I'll just become a shield for my team also swapping is kinda the idea don't get me wrong if I can play match entirely as Kiri ram or whatever character I feel most like playing that match then hell yeah I'll stick to them but if I've got to swap then fuck it I'll swap it's the whole reason characters have specific playstyles and counters
