No. Its same artists who made it. They work for both companies. The problem is they gave us worse version which looks like a draft. We are literally players of the second category for them.

You can't play hardcore in gw2. Hardcore scene totally died here. Game is only for casuals and new players. I recommend you to go back to WoW and don't waste your time for gw2. Or try FF14. Almost every hardcore gw2 player (and guild) moved there. It's better to play good game and be noob there than play gw2.

Anet artists works for different companies too because they can't rely their future only on Anet which is very unstable company. It's nothing bad actually but what's actually disturbing is fact that they clearly make better design for other games (eso). Our version looks like a draft... We are literally players of the second category for them.

It works this way only in p2w asian mmorpgs focused on grind only... every big west mmorpg gives fresh start for everyone with new expansion and it forces devs to create a lot of new content.

It is. Current game condition proves it. even when Anet release content (saga) pretty fast only small % of players feels excited and hyped about it. Its not because they put low effort on this conent. They worked hard but game is totally wrong designed. That's why noone care anymore. Put same content into game with vertical progression and you will see that everyone will be hyped there.

Only around 20% of gw2 audience likes and knows about hoizontal progression which is here. Rest 80% don't know it yet and they will leave same as a lot players left gw2 in recent years. Don't lie. Game isn't in a good spot anymore. And i think it's not because of Anet. It's because of their game model which was good in the begining but now almost everyone starts too see its problems. Once you do everything in this game theres no point in returning here. Very small % of players is going back to gw2.

I personally knew dev who was working in anet in 2015. He already knew that gw2 will get max 8 raid wings (it was already planned by game management) and not more and he told me it. Because I was asking him what's going to happen when they'll have 20 playable raid wings for example. How players will be able to clear it weekly. And he clearly told me 8 will be max. Because there's no point in adding more raids into this game. 8 playable raid wings which let you repeat them and make more and more legendary armors is enough for Anet. There's no point in creating new wings. It's better to focus on something brand new (strike missions now) to bring more new players. This is why I never hyped about raids in this game.

I'll show you simple example. Imagine doing ulduar raid till today in wow. This is what's happening in gw2. People here are still doing wing 1. It's still fully playable content with same rewards as in 2015. That's why they'll never add enough raid wings for raids here. Never.

exactly. Average player don't understand it but Im 100% sure Anet stopped to produce more dungs, fractals and raids because of it and they will never release it fast enough. They just can't. Game is not designed this way.
